Bibliotherapy
Bibliotherapy, also known as poetry therapy and therapeutic storytelling, draws from a range of creative arts.
Life writing, journaling, and self-help books
can be a meaningful component of
change-making and the healing process.
Please see the bibliotherapy page for some of my favourite books
and other creative resources.
